William C. Ackermann Scholarship Program - 2003 Recipient

Kwabena Adu-Sarkodie is the 2003 recipient of the $1,000 W.C. Ackermann scholarship. Kwabena is pursing a M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering and plans to complete his studies during the summer of 2003. His Master thesis examines optimal chemical treatment with ozone. Upon receipt of his M.S. degree, Kwabena's long term goal is to solve real-life problems in the Environmental Engineering Consulting Industry. He was presented the scholarship at the Water Survey on April 16, 2003. Water Survey Chief Derek Winstanley and Nicholas Schneider presented Kwabena with the scholarship and certificate. Also in attendance was Bill Ackermann, son of former Water Survey Chief William C. Ackermann.
